Laparoscopic pyeloplasty for left UPJO with crossing lower polar artery. Criteria for successful A-H pyeloplasty are: a dependent funnel-shaped UPJ with a water-tight, tension-free anastomosis without kinks, with intact vascularity of suture line flaps.
